Missions

As the Learning & Development Program Manager, you will report to the Group Learning and Development Director and you will deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective learning experiences for all levels of employees across the organization.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Project manage learning experiences including eLearning, Instructor Led Training and Virtual Instructor Led Training
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track process ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and are of exceptional quality
  • Contribute to projects through knowledge of best practices
  • Manage the relationships with stakeholders and external providers throughout project life cycles
  • Conduct a post-training review to assess the curriculum and training effectiveness

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, passionate about Learning Development, excellent with interpersonal relationships, and has thorough knowledge of the Instructional Design process. The candidate should have a demonstrated record of project management skills for successfully driving multiple ongoing projects involving a wide variety of topics to completion. We are looking for someone who is always looking to update their knowledge, skills, and attitudes, especially those pertaining to Learning & Development. This person should be a team motivator with high energy and the ability to energize and inspire others.

Learning design will cover a breadth of areas including functional ramp, cross-training, to leadership development.

 

Masters degree, BAC+5

Minimum 5+ years recent Project Management experience in a Learning & Development environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and LMS systems

For eLearning: proficiency in Articulate Storyline; other rapid eLearning authoring tools a plus

Must be able to prioritize all duties completing tasks efficiently

Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and critical-thinking skills

Fluent in English
