The Keolis SA Company (“Keolis” or “Keolis SA”) has decided to publish, animate and make available the online recruiting platform (“the Website”), whose main objective is to allow users to access the Keolis group's offers and to apply online recruiting platform.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") is to determine the conditions under which the users are authorised to connect to the Website.

Any access to the Website automatically entails the application of the Terms, the user is deemed to have read and accepted the Terms without reserve when he visits the Platform.

The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date of each user's connection to the Website. It is specified that the Keolis SA Company remains free, at any time, to enhance, modify, correct or delete all or part of the Terms. These amendments shall be deemed to have been brought to the attention of the users simply by putting them online. Keolis reminds each User that his/her password is personal and confidential. So, each connection and action is presumed to be carried out by the holder of the username and password provided.



In order to access the Website and apply for Keolis Group offers, the User must create a user account.  To do so, the User must provide the following information: name, first name, email address and a personal password.

The user must determine a password from eight (8) to eighteen (18) characters and contain at least one lower case character, one upper case character, one number or one punctuation mark and must not contain any space or Unicode character.



In the event that the User forgets or loses his/her password, the User can reset it via the "forgot your password?" interface. The information required to reboot a password is the user's e-mail address provided when the account was created.



If the User wants to delete his/her user account, the User can delete it from his/her account, from the "my profile" tab, by clicking on "delete profile".




The Website and all its constituting elements (including texts, presentations, videos, photographs, downloadable documents, trademarks and logos...) and related software are protected by Intellectual Property Rights and neighbouring rights reserved exclusively to the owners of these rights.
