For Mechanical (Rolling Stock) more specifically we have: 85 Diesel Locomotives (F40-3C, GP40 and HSP 46), 420 Coaches (Single Levels: Pullman, Bombardier, and MBB; Bi-Level: Kawasaki, and Rotem), 550 maintenance staff.
Context
Support the Mechanical team in developing and improving rolling stock asset management and maintenance techniques, asset reliability and system performance.
Mission
- Standardized approach of data entry into our EAM software. Develop a robust procedure and training
- Developing and implementing asset fleet plans
- Further develop and implement the Incident Response matrix and associated forms
- Creating training documentation for PTC troubleshooting
- Software Configuration Management Plan implementation for PTC
Profile
- Degree
- Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Experience
- Rolling stock maintenance/operations
- EAM software
- Change Management
- Skills
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, interpersonal, and presentational skills
- Innovative
- Mechanical Aptitude / understanding of engineering principle
- Software tools
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Trapeze EAM Software, Power BI
