This position tracks the approved ACCA progression through eh process up to and including closure of the ACCA for closures. This position also to support ACCA department in maintaining the Asset Configuration Change Application (ACCA) Register. This position also works with the PTW department to align the works to current processes and procedures.

 

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic

 

  • Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes,procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards.
  • Ensure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance, finance and customer information; reference Keolis-MHI non-disclosure policy.
  • Ensure compliance with all training requirements of Keolis-MHI and ensure adherence to these requirements at all times whilst in employment.

 

 

Financial

 

  • Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes.

 

Stakeholder / Customer 

 

  • Coordinate with the ACCA / PTW applicant to ensure the application form with sufficient quality of information is received and where necessary meeting is organised between System Assurance Engineer and applicant.
  • Coordinate with the Configuration Change Sponsors and PTW planners to ensure the ACCA / PTW applications are completed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the Stakeholder representatives involved in the ACCA / PTW review to ensure the ACCA / PTWs are completed in a timely manner
  • Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Configuration Change and Network Access Manager and Engineering Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of both Asset Changes and work site requirements
  • Responsible for all ACCA / PTW related documentation supporting RPPD Project scope.

 

Operational

 

  • Maintaining the Asset Configuration Change Application Register and PTW records in accordance with processes and procedures and the OSC
  • Support System Assurance Engineer in creating necessary statistics on ACCA’s and the remaining RPPD project team on the arrangements for PTW
  • Identify areas for Change Management process improvements
  • Identify PTW process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures, including Engineering & Maintenance procedures, Operational procedures and QHSE procedures
  • Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes, procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards
  • Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by Maintenance Planning & Network Access Manager, Engineering Manager & Head of Engineering.
  • Ensure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance, finance and customer information; reference Keolis-MHI non-disclosure policy
  • Ensure compliance with all training requirements of Keolis-MHI and ensure adherence to these requirements at all times whilst in employment
  • Report any accidents, incidents, breaches or potential breaches to appropriate management or the speak up process
  • Update ACCA Register
  • Update Weekly lineside Access Plan
  • Responsible for populating and when required; issuing the weekly Engineering Notice
  • May include depot possessions as needed
  • Included switching schedules
  • Able to audit both ACCA works and PTW worksites at the place of work to ensure compliance to approved documentation.
  • Report / Escalated any Non Compliance to ACCA / PTW process as and when required (Immediate when idenfied)

 

     Capability/People

 

  • Participate to the development and support the implementation of the paperless ACCA / PTW process and any other initiatives time to time

     Dimensions

 

  • Office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
  • Site inspections in Metro may be required occasionally.

Education

  1. Engineering Graduate in either Electrical, Civil, Electronics&Communications, Transportation/Automobile, Mechanical Engineering with understanding of Metro systems.
  1. Bachelors in engineering discipline ( B-Tech /BE)

Experience

  1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Rail/Metro industry;
  2. Experience with document control
  3. Experience n planning and coordination of works

 

  1. Working Knowledge of Engineering Change Management ( ISO 100007)
  2. Prior experience in design change management
  3. Experience in document control
  4. Experience in site auditing

Skills / Training

Fluent in English.

Knowledge of any other languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Malayalam will be added advantage.
