To Supervise and support day to day operation and activities within the team, ensuring efficient service delivery. Compliance with company polices & procedures, achievement of team and organisational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategic


1. Support the implementation of revenue protection strategies and initiatives.
2. Identify opportunities to improve fare compliance and reduce revenue loss.
3. Assist management in developing operational plans and inspection methodologies.

 


Financial


1. Monitor and analyse penalty fare data and revenue protection trends.
2. Ensure accurate tracking of issued, paid, and outstanding fines.
3. Contribute to revenue protection objectives through effective deployment of resources.
Stakeholder / Customer
1. Deliver excellent customer service while enforcing revenue protection regulations.
2. Coordinate with Station Masters, OCC, Station Police and other stakeholders when required.


Operational

1. Supervise and manage Ticket Inspectors during daily operations.
2. Develop inspection plans and deploy staff effectively.
3. Produce daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
4. Ensure compliance with revenue protection procedures, policies and by-laws.
5. Responsible for monitoring revenue protection activities and enforcement outcomes.
6. Responsible for maintaining fine databases, submitting operational reports and other requests as required by the management.
7. Conduct incidents/complaints investigations, evidence gathering and reporting
8. Immediately raise fault rectification requests and support ticket inspectors in simple troubleshooting device issues.


Capability / People


1. Conduct training, coaching and competency assessments for Ticket Inspectors.
2. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
3. Promote a positive safety and customer-focused culture.

Education

Ideally a degree holder or high diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline.

Bachelor’s degree holder Certified in fine authorization.

Experience

 

  1. Minimum 2 years in Revenue Protection or Public Transport Operations.
  2. Minimum 1-year supervisory and management experience. 
  3. Experience in operational reporting and staff management.
  • Metro or Rail Operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of MS Office,
    advanced MS Excel.

  1. Fluent in English.
  2. Good literacy and numeracy skills required for the role.
  3. Good IT and reporting skills.
  4. Leadership and communication skills.
