To Supervise and support day to day operation and activities within the team, ensuring efficient service delivery. Compliance with company polices & procedures, achievement of team and organisational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 


Strategic


1. Support the Head of Revenue Protection to set revenue protection requirements and plan a system for the Dubai Metro and Tram.
2. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operation excellence.
3. Align team activities with organisational objectives and values.

 

 

Financial


1. Assisting the Head of Revenue Protection in preparation and management of service budgets and Ensure expenditure is monitored against the budget.
2. Meeting the Key Performance Indicators.

 

Stakeholder / Customer


1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction via KSS (Keolis Signature Service) standard.
2. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

 

Operational


1. Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
2. Support Revenue Protection teams, ensuring the team is performing to the required standards.
3. Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Head of Revenue Protection.
4. Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes, procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards.
5. Monitor Performance and ensure targets are met.
6. Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
7. Ensure adherence to health, safety and security regulations.

Education

Diploma / Bachelors degree in relevant field.

Higher qualification
in relevant field.

Experience

 

  1. A Minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience with excellent Revenue protection knowledge and the ability to think within substantially diversified company procedures.
  2. A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in Transportation and Logistics or a relevant field.
  3. 2 years Management Experience.
  4. Significant experience in managing a number of teams within different disciplines with an aim to meet the committed performance targets in a cost effective and efficient manner.
  5. Thorough experience in Revenue Protection, regarding revenue protection activities to stop fare evasion.
  6. Experience and good working comprehension of basic management processes and performance and appraisal management.

1. Fluent in English.


2. Good literacy and numeracy skills required for the role.


3. Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills.


4. Strong organisational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.


5. Abilities to work unsupervised, self-motivated and customer focus.
