KeolisAmey Docklands was first awarded the franchise to operate and maintain the Docklands Light Rail (DLR) on behalf of Transport for London (TfL) in 2014. Following a successful 10-year delivery, we secured the next franchise to continue operating and maintaining the DLR from 2025 for a further eight years, with the potential for a two-year extension.

Context

  • 12-month VIE position in London within the Resourcing and Planning team, supporting passenger rail operations.
  • Key challenges : data availability, process efficiency, project delivery.
  • Collaborates with Booking-On Room Supervisors, Roster Supervisors, and Planning team.

 

 

Missions

  • Support data analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Assist with project delivery, including system and process changes.
  • Work with operational teams to understand needs and support change.
  • Use Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate) to streamline workflows.

 

 

Profile

  • Education :

Graduate in Transport, Business, STEM, or related fields.

  • Soft skills :

Analytical and versatile, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hard skills :

Comfortable with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate).

Experience in data analytics, PMO functions

  • Professional Experience

Rail operations or workforce planning experience is a plus, but not required.
