Missions

Within the Metro-Tram Center of Excellence and Engineering organisation, you will lead or support in France or abroad Infrastructure engineering topics (Track, Signaling, Catenary, Substation, Facility management, Civils etc…). Accordingly some short term travel are mandatory to support and animate all Keolis affiliates in France or abroad. Your role and responsibilties are :

-    to deliver high quality bids in the area of railway infrastructure maintenance for urban rail transport (offensive and defensive) 
-    to lead and support bid teams
-    to support on-going urban rail projects worldwide
-    to support performance enhancement plans in our networks (France and International)
-    Animate Keolis Expert Infrastructure community
-    Assure the permanent improvement of our costing tools/references and engineering practises
 

Your main missions are the following: 

Lead or support the offers for Metro and Tram on maintenance infrastructure chapter:
-    Identifying the most efficient organisation, optimizing tasks, resources and costing considering the local context constraints and the global operations to be delivered
-    Write specifications, uses cases describing your maintenance strategy for the tender document
-    Identify all best practices within the group to be shared and collected within Uses Cases.

Support all Keolis Metro-Tram networks currenlty under Operation and Maintenance:
-    Assist all Keolis networks in Operation and Maintenance but also particularly during the mobilisation phase
-    Regularly assess our network maturity or prepare tenders through Infrastructure maintenance audits on existing networks
-    Share and develop best practices within your expert group community

Profile

• Having occupied an operational position in an urban rail transport for infrastructure maintenance and/or engineering system for at least 10 years
• Expertise in urban rail system, having a good system understanding and capacity to develop optimised maintenance plans and design cost efficient organisations  
• International experience – English language required
• Good interpersonal relationships and writing skills (in French / in English)
• Good skills in: data analysis, benchmarking, synthesis, negotiation
• Ability to work with international teams from different cultures
