Missions

 

You will be reporting directly to the head of the Department. Your main role will be to:

“Run” tasks:

  • Support the HR Strategy of the Group by implementing the 2020-21 HR Roadmap in cooperation with HR local relays in 15 countries excluding France
  • Animate the HR business line through the management of the Group HR community on our collaborative platform, the optimization of relations between local HR and Group HR Departments and the organization of Group key events such as HR Workshops on specific topics every year and HR Seminars every two years
  • Support subsidiaries in the assessment of their HR practices on different subjects and facilitate the implementation of action plans to improve their operational performance
  • Contribute to the optimization of Group HR policies and processes and facilitate the implementation in international subsidiaries
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the HR business line and at Group level as an ambassador of Knowledge Management
  • Support capitalization of HR know-how within the Group to support tenders and to develop synergies between subsidiaries
  • Manage and enhance skills of 2 interns

 

 

Project management “tasks”:

 

  • Design and implement a change management framework that could be used by subsidiaries during the mobilization phase of a new contract
  • Support the implementation of an M&A integration methodology based on Group lessons learned and external benchmark
  • Support the implementation of change management or organizational change projects at Group and subsidiary levels
  • Optimize HR project management methodology and governance within the Group and with regional and local HR teams
  • Contribute to other global HR projects as needed

 

Profile

 

Diploma and experience required

  • Master’s degree with a specialization in change management, organizational management or process management
  • Master’s degree in project management
  • Business School or University with a specialization in project management or Human Resources management 
  • 5-8 years experience in strategy or management consultancy: business transformation organizational change, change management or significant experience in project management in an international environment
  • Fluency in French and English
