Context :

- Planning the service ( on HASTUS)- Analyzes and optimizes transport network operations using HASTUS tool. Spanning service and timetable planning, duty/roster construction, runtime analysis, and reliability reporting—to deliver robust schedules and actionable improvements.

- Producing reporting to ensure they are optimized, reliable, and fit for purpose

- Collaborating with different services, in order to improve the company’s operational performance in service and network design, scheduling, and key reliability metrics

A first assessment can be done with HQ planning and scheduling team and network design team to provide key and lever of improvement to the VIE

Missions :

Analysis of Service & Network Schedules for Optimization

Review and optimize service and network schedules for compliance, reliability and cost-efficiency.

Support on the daily operation

Work on daily operation creation of duties (from charters services) and integrate them in the roster

System Administration and Support

Improve and support HASTUS and related scheduling systems and user base.

Reporting and Analysis

Develop executive reports and dashboards (Power BI) and automate reporting processes.

Key requirements

Qualifications:

A minimum experience of than 1-3 years of using HASTUS

Experience:

Did the Neolis training and working on a bid or on a reshape of a network is required

Experience in public transport industry on operating bus

Competent in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Competent in the use of Power BI (building and customising dashboard, extracting data and provide analysis)

Hastus knowledge:

Daily Vehicle

Daily Crew

Roster

Crew / CrewOpt.
